As 2019 approaches I’m sure many of you will be thinking of New Year resolutions?
Making a New Years resolution is a great way to bring positive change to your life.
Did you know almost a third of us in the UK will make want to make a change, but I wonder just how many will stick to the goal?
If you are looking to improve your health, become fitter and maybe lose a few pounds too why don’t you join us on Monday 7th January?
When the fridge is empty of all those Christmas goodies, the chocolates and prosecco has gone, and most people’s good intentions have already passed we will begin!
We will be following our #BeResolute Campaign, we will start with our C9 program (9 days) for a healthy kick start. Balanced nutrition and healthy meals along with some light exercise. Then for those who wish to continue we will be following our F15 program (15 days). This all includes exercise videos, meal planning, App support to keep you on track.
These are simple programs that everyone can follow. Having done both before I’m excited to be preparing to do them again. I know I will have more energy, will sleep much better and will feel fantastic for doing it.
